Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution while exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors, identify and secure venues, develop menus, and oversee the design and printing of event materials.
- Strategically plan client journeys to create memorable, engaging experiences, with an emphasis on detail-oriented execution.
- Innovatively design event spaces, utilizing creative approaches to maximize venue potential.
- Develop and present look books, mood boards, and 3D renderings to align with client vision.
- Create, manage, and maintain event budgets, ensuring all projects stay within financial constraints.
- Identify and anticipate client requirements to deliver personalized and exceptional event experiences.
- Coordinate and supervise all event setup, teardown, and post-event follow-up, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to optimize value while adhering to financial oversight protocols.
- Maintain comprehensive records in corporate databases, including business contacts, consumer data, sponsor information, and vendor lists.
- Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoices, and other essential client documentation.
- Utilize project management and CAD systems to create detailed production timelines, schedules, and on-site deliverables.
- Compile post-event reports, evaluations, and summaries to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, with a proven track record of successful events.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms; CAD drawing experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Outstanding negotiation, leadership, and vendor management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Must be at least 21 years old and possess reliable transportation.
