Robert Half is hiring: Event Producer in Sunnyvale

We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an Event Producer in Sunnyvale, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in the organization and execution of a variety of events, maintaining relationships with vendors and partners, and managing creative and marketing materials. This role is crucial within our team and requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can manage timelines and collaborate with team members effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Event production for Monthly Farmer’s Market, Monthly Owned activation (~200 people) ie. bouquet making classes, 1-2x/quarter: Festival events at Cityline Sunnyvale: a mixed-use property consisting of 8 city blocks: 4 office buildings, retail
• Ideating on events (Example: want to do Valentine’s Day event with permanent jewelry)
• Reach out to partners, vendor management
• Oversee property logistics, Manage Cityline booth
• Production, Flyer distribution, Creative/Marketing materials management
• Work about 6 weeks out (work back schedule)
• Use Asana to manage timelines, plan projects
• Work with team of 8 including influencer marketing person who identifies partners, Project Manager who works with retailers

• Experience creating run of shows using Google docs
• Agency background a PLUS (worked on multiple projects)
• Someone that has managed more than 1 event at a time
• Friendly
• Excellent communication
• Professional and good representation of the brand
