The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity? QVC, a global leader in the world of retail and broadcasting, is looking for incredible talent to join our team as a Administrative Assistant to the Directors of Tech Design, Design, Home Product Development and Fashion Sourcing.
Your work schedule will be hybrid and your responsibilities will include managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records and travel, and performing other tasks to support the team of directors as they lead several teams.

Your Impact
- Places office and catering supply orders, tracks invoice and approves Coupa payments. Registers guests for in person meetings
- Emphasis on making international/ domestic travel arrangements
- Complete all expense reports for Director travel through Chrome River
- Assist with budget tracking (Fit Models, Print purchase, Travel & Sample Purchase) and print weekly reporting
- You have 3-5 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, demonstrating your subject matter expertise in MS Office Suite, including, presentation, meeting scheduling/email management, and spreadsheet software
- You have a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines is important. There is a clear emphasis on clear and verbal communication as you will partner internally and externally across all levels in our organization
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate's or bachelor's degree or prior relevant experience
- Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time. You will work in our office located in West Chester, PA, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week. An additional fourth day may be requested as SVP's weekly needs shift from time to time to support global leaders
- A positive upbeat personality is extremely welcomed to partner with internal and external talent, vendors, leadership and team members
