Our client, a famous fashion brand, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in McDonough, GA!

**This role is contracted and expected to end in the beginning of April, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
• Manage the talent acquisition/ recruitment process for various positions.
• Utilize sourcing tools to connect with qualified candidates for open roles.
• Act as the initial point of contact for employee questions on policy, time, pay, etc.
• Support the benefits enrollment process.
• Oversee screening of candidates, job board postings, and communications.
• Complete HR administrative tasks as required.
• Support annual employee evaluation processes.
• Investigate employee issues and deescalate appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience within Human Resources
• Must have experience managing an HR team
• Background in fashion/ retail industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common HR systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
