Are you passionate about sales, the outdoors, and making a meaningful impact? Join our team at BAD Outdoors as an Outside Sales Representative and become part of an exciting journey to bring veterans and outdoor enthusiasts together through impactful projects and media exposure.
We are a patriotic, Christian-owned, veteran-operated company that has been airing on National TV since 2014. Each year, we host 13 veteran-focused outdoor events, including hunting and fishing adventures, all of which are filmed for our National TV show. These events are designed to honor veterans while showcasing the beauty of the outdoors and fostering meaningful connections.
This is a 100% commission-based position for independent contractors (1099). While there’s no base salary, our sales reps earn 25% commission on revenue generated, offering unlimited earning potential. There is no hourly requirement; however, we do have a production requirement to help ensure your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect with potential corporate partners and sponsors across North America.
- Present tailored sponsorship packages that align with our mission and offer businesses exceptional exposure.
- Forge meaningful partnerships with companies seeking to make a difference in the veteran community while reaching a wide audience through our National TV show and other media platforms.
Our Key Projects:
- Veteran Events: Hosting 13 veteran adventures annually, each filmed for our National TV show, showcasing the camaraderie and experiences that only the outdoors can offer.
- Documentary Film: Celebrating the awe-inspiring beauty of North America while highlighting the incredible terrains, views, and environments that connect veterans and outdoor enthusiasts.
- National Exposure: Providing our partners with commercial placement, branding opportunities, and in-show integration on National TV.
- Historic Achievement: Documenting the first veteran to complete the North American Big Game Super Slam with a bow.

Compensation:
- 25% commission on all revenue generated.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential corporate partners and businesses to introduce them to our groundbreaking projects.
2. Present our tailored sponsorship packages to potential partners, highlighting the unique benefits and opportunities for exposure.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the partnership.
4. Conduct persuasive sales pitches, clearly articulating the vision and impact of the project to potential partners.
5. Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling sales materials and marketing collateral to support your sales efforts.
6. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand the project’s reach and connect with potential partners.
7. Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
8. Keep detailed records of notes, sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation for reporting purposes.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
10. Provide regular updates to the sales coach and team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
11. Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and professional development.
12. Work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth transition for new partners and provide them with all necessary information and support.
13. Represent the company and the project with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude at all times.
14. Act as an ambassador for the documentary, promoting its significance and value to potential partners and the community at large.
