Graphic Designer Job at Tandym Group in Fort Lauderdale

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join an exciting Marketing team in the Hollywood area, with an award-winning company in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both print and digital media, demonstrating a keen understanding of how to tailor their designs to suit each medium.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design all graphic materials for Sound Income Group's internal companies.
• Develop impactful B2B marketing materials aimed at financial advisors.
• Design appealing B2C materials for financial advisors to use with their clients and potential clients.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team members to maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
• Critically evaluate each project to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
• Transform complex marketing ideas and strategies into high-quality graphics.
• Handle multiple projects at once with minimal creative supervision, ensuring timely completion.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of our graphic materials.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse work in both print and digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to think creatively and critically about design projects and their intended purposes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
