We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our experiential marketing team at tarte. In this role, you will support Events, PR, Marketing, and Creative teams to design and produce visually stunning materials that align with tarte's brand vision. From product mailers to event invitations, social media assets, and promotional content, you will be integral to creating impactful designs that support our ongoing marketing campaigns and events. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Experiential Marketing along with cross-functional teams such as PR, Events, Marketing, and Creative to design (including setup & production) visually compelling PR mailings, events, social media posts, brand collateral, and education materials.
  • Prepare and design materials while ensuring brand standards and visual consistency.
  • Work within print dielines and specs with a keen eye for detail.
  • Liaise with outside vendors to ensure high-quality production of materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Produce additional design materials such as infographics, PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of brand guidelines and specifications, ensuring all designs align with the brand's identity.
  • Stay on top of design trends, especially in digital and social media platforms, to ensure that all designs are fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases concept-driven designs and well-crafted executions.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for both print and digital design. Photoshop & Illustrator are a must.
  • Experience with social media post design for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Canva, etc.
  • Knowledge of proper set up of print production files for traditional and non-traditional media (collateral).
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social/content apps.
  • Familiarity with 3D rendering tools (Vectorworks, Blender, KeyShot) is a plus.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for design, creativity, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
