SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer is responsible for the planning, design and production of various property marketing communications projects for: print, outdoor, direct mail, collateral, web and other related elements. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 years of experience with the following programs: In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator. Prefer a self-starter/self-motivator who can bring a fresh and inspirational design perspective to the environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Must be able to manage multiple projects, take direction well and work well under pressure.
