Are you a talented Graphic Designer looking for an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a superstar Graphic Designer to join our team and support our Fortune 500 retail client!
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating in-store branding and print signage that will elevate the customer experience to new heights. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment! We're looking for someone who is a true creative at heart and can take ideas at any stage of the creative process and turn them into strong visual solutions. If you're passionate about elevating brands, style guides, clear communication, typography, and working under tight deadlines, this is for you!
As a Graphic Designer you can expect to:
•Attend Kickoffs, Production Turn Overs (PTO), Internal Creative Reviews (ICR) and walk-throughs, and any status meetings or touch bases relating to projects
•Initiate or attend regroups on projects
•Provide status updates on all projects
•Create and produce sign components that will live on brand, applying creative direction as given from client's internal creative leadership
•Create and maintain any necessary style guides, and/or any other in-store instructions and communications as needed for each project
•Support value and innovation in the execution of signing components by updating signing packages for store formats, and implementing new, innovative signing solutions that align with business strategies and simplify the complexity of in-store execution
•Maintain compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards for printing projects by reviewing and approving printing proofs, verifying color and content accuracy, partnering with other key stakeholders to ensure signing consistency, resolving issues with digital files, escalating problems to management as appropriate, and keeping up-to-date on industry best practices and current quality and brand standards
•Demonstrate creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities. Updates and shares knowledge and skills to keep current in area of expertise
•Create and provide mock-ups as required
Minimum Qualifications:
•3-4 years as a Graphic Designer or in a related role in a digital, creative, or related retail or agency environment
•Knowledge of print production skills and file specifications
•Portfolio with examples required. Online link preferred.
•Savvy with Mac products & Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop
•Champion of team success
•Self-driven, organized, and confident communicator
This is a full-time/hybrid opportunity working onsite at our client's headquarters located near Rogers, AR. Salary range is $45-$48k/yr.
