Position Overview
The Sr. Graphic Designer position involves collaborating closely with our development, architectural, marketing, and sales teams to produce high-quality design materials that effectively communicate and enhance LGE and Creation's brand. The Sr. Graphic Designer will create and manage a variety of graphic assets across digital and print formats, playing a pivotal role in promoting our projects and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints. This position is ideal for a creative professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and delivering impactful visuals.

Reporting
Daily communication with the Marketing Manager. The Sr. Graphic Designer will report directly to the Marketing Manager with indirect supervision by the Vice President of Operations.
Evaluation
Annual review by the Lead Graphic Designer/Marketing Manager to include peer input. Review will be based on interactions and engagement with the TEAM, evidence of how you demonstrate company values, ability to manage workload and competency in the execution of your duties. A positive attitude, interactions with clients, and team spirit will have a lot to do with the overall review.

The Sr. Graphic Designer will create and manage a variety of graphic assets across digital and print formats, playing a pivotal role in promoting our projects and maintaining our brand identity across all touchpoints. Functions of Position
- Develop and design a wide range of marketing materials for print and digital media, including presentations, brochures, signage, social media content, and promotional assets to support project branding and sales efforts according to deadlines.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all design outputs, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects LGE's professional and polished aesthetic.
- Coordinate and collaborate with development, architectural, and sales teams to align design assets with project goals, ensuring each project is visually engaging and exceeds expectations.
- Provide design support for milestone project events such as groundbreaking, leasing announcements, and construction completion, including signage, PR, and promotional content.
- Manage photo and video coordination for final project documentation, customer testimonials, and project showcases to highlight LGE's work and client satisfaction.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to support creative strategies and ensure designs remain innovative and competitive.
Required Attributes
- 4-5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in architecture, real estate, or construction.
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and branding principles
- Ability to communicate complex project details visually, producing clear and engaging design concepts.
- Excellent project management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across teams.
- Digital portfolio showcasing a range of creative and impactful designs.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
- Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
