About The Role

We're looking for a collaborative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join the Growth Strategy team at Fora. Reporting to the Growth Strategy Manager, this role will focus on supporting advisor growth by delivering high-quality ad creative for paid advertising channels, particularly Meta (Facebook/Instagram). As the creative engine behind our growth initiatives, you'll craft compelling visual narratives that transform strategic briefs into scroll-stopping designs, capturing attention and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand strategy and take a thoughtful approach to ensuring all growth design campaigns complement and enhance broader brand initiatives. Additional responsibilities include designing creative assets for other growth channels, such as direct mail campaigns, website assets, creative campaigns, and contributing to design projects for other teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design performance-driven ads and campaign assets that maintain brand sophistication while delivering measurable results.
  • Create motion graphics to bring the brand story to life and enhance ad and/or campaign engagement.
  • Contribute fresh, performance-informed ideas during concepting and briefing sessions to develop compelling, on-brand campaign concepts.
  • Translate creative briefs into original concepts that align with brand priorities and performance goals.
  • Ensure growth design campaigns complement broader brand strategy, delivering cohesive and impactful messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to enhance creative output, refine production processes, and stay informed on creative trends and best practices to inspire innovation and team collaboration.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on and improve creative strategies for future campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and integrity across all work.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, building strong professional relationships with colleagues and partners.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills
  • Keen eye for composition, typography, and color theory, demonstrating strong design sensibility
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and presenting design concepts effectively
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively while managing projects of varying complexities
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with performance marketing design: Familiarity with creating ad creatives optimized for platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, or other paid media channels
  • Understanding of paid media best practices: Awareness of design principles that maximize click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and engagement on digital platforms
  • Collaborative understanding of brand and growth dynamics: Ability to design ad creatives that not only drive performance but also align with and reinforce the overarching brand strategy
Compensation

Compensation range for this role is $100-$120k+ equity. Other benefits include:
