Position Overview: We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our marketing team. This individual will use visual storytelling to engage, inform, and inspire audiences. As a highly creative designer, they will transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual representations across both print and electronic media. Our ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of current design software and excels in every stage of the design process, from concept development to final deliverables. They are a collaborative team player who can translate written or spoken ideas into designs that resonate. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of branding and marketing, adapting their style and layouts to suit various projects and target audiences. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with communication specialists and product marketing managers to develop digital and print design projects, including brochures, flyers, email blasts, invitations, presentations, advertising, event displays, campaign graphics, logos, research, infographics, marketing collateral, and short-form video projects. + Understand that visual communication is about effective messaging. Tailor designs to specific audiences and project objectives. + Adhere to existing brand guidelines and contribute to the development of new guidelines as the organization evolves. + Demonstrate a thorough understanding of project management, approval processes, schedules, and deadlines. Deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
