RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medelln, is looking for a highly talented and creative, Graphic Designer specializing in Editorial Design to join MOYA Design Partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in editorial work, particularly in designing and producing layouts for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other editorial content. This role requires a strong sense of creativity, innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the RFP team and the FORMA team to produce high-quality editorial materials for internal purposes and clients of FORMA by MOYA.

What You'll Do
  • Design and Layout: Develop visually appealing and reader-friendly layouts for RFPs, presentations, brochures, reports, newsletters, and other editorial content.
  • Collaboration with RFP Team: Work closely with the RFP team to produce high-quality RFPs for MOYA and FORMA by MOYA, ensuring all materials meet the required standards and deadlines.
  • Collaboration with FORMA Team: Collaborate with the FORMA team to produce a wide range of editorial content, including marketing materials, whitepapers, digital publications, and more.
  • Editorial Oversight: Manage and execute all editorial design-related tasks for the company and its clients, ensuring consistency and high standards across all projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brand's visual identity and style guidelines across various editorial projects.
  • Typography and Imagery: Select and apply appropriate typography and imagery to enhance the aesthetic appeal and readability of the content.
  • Proofing and Quality Control: Review and proof all designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Continuously bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance the design process and final output.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and software to ensure the highest standards of design quality and efficiency.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with various departments to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of editorial projects.

What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Advanced English Level (C1+)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing editorial design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating interactive digital publications.
  • Experience with photography and illustration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with print production processes and digital publishing.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
