Overview
Meriplex is seeking an experienced graphic designer that can execute multimedia campaigns, develop creative processes, and drive brand consistency. They should have an eye for detail and work well under pressure and with deadlines. They should also have a good feel for digital, print, social media, motion graphics, presentations and email.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand and engage our target audience. In this position you should have a creative mindset and be able to work with a set of brand guidelines but also be able to expand on the guidelines when new applications or channels arise.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand and engage our target audience. In this position you should have a creative mindset and be able to work with a set of brand guidelines but also be able to expand on the guidelines when new applications or channels arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, social media graphics, web assets, and other marketing materials.
- Motion Graphics: Develop short animations and motion graphics for use in videos, social media, and digital ads. Create engaging visual content to communicate ideas effectively through motion.
- PowerPoint Presentations: Design engaging, professional, and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, incorporating custom graphics, animations, and branding.
- Email and Landing Pages: Design and email templates and landing pages. Ensure email designs are optimized for performance across different platforms and devices.
- Branding and Style Consistency: Ensure all visual assets are consistent with the company's branding guidelines and style. Maintain a cohesive look across all platforms and mediums.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content creators, and sales teams to understand project goals, audience, and messaging in order to deliver impactful designs.
- Research & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in graphic design and presentation design
- Experience in email/HTML, motion graphics, and presentation design preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for creating and editing email templates and web assets
- Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong skills in creating professional presentations.
- Experience with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects, or other animation software is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a bonus
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
