Distribution Company seeks full-time Graphic Designer

San Antonio based consumer products distribution company spanning over 36 years of service seeks a highly creative, experienced individual with a die-hard love for graphic design. A multitude of design opportunities await you in this fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills are a must. Must be skilled and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or CC/CS7). If you live and breathe design, or aspire to move up in the design field, this is the job for you. This is not a design agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Magazine Ads

Newsletters/E-Blasts

Web Ad (Static and animated)

Web Design

Branding

Print Layout

Large Format Design (Trade show booths, vehicle wraps, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have professional working experience with MACs

Proficient in Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Must have excellent understanding of conceptual design, layout, and typography principals

Design agency experience is preferred

Detail-oriented, with attention to spacing, margins and alignment of graphics and typography

Ability to successfully manage multiple design projects and deadlines

Professional experience in print set up, working with dimensions and templates

Web experience is an added plus (PHP, HTML/CSS Development, Flash) but not required

Strong time management and organizational skills

Positive response to constructive criticism and feedback

Up to date with current, modern design standards and trends

Willing to work from home on week nights or weekends if needed

Professional and responsible working attitude
