Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the League's 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC began competing in MLS in April 2021 and played its first match at home on June 19, 2021, in the new, 100% privately financed, state-of-the-art Q2 Stadium. Austin FC currently holds the longest active sellout streak in MLS.

4ATX Foundation is the nonprofit arm of Austin FC. Since its launch, 4ATX Foundation has been committed to using the power of soccer to build physically, socially and emotionally healthy communities. From cultivating welcoming soccer spaces and experiences where youth ignite leadership journeys to building future leaders by providing youth with personal and professional opportunities through soccer, 4ATX Foundation is equipping youth to become future leaders who invest in themselves and create thriving communities across Central Texas.

4ATX is actively seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to create unique content, generate brand awareness, and drive donor engagement.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all areas of 4ATX marketing, program, and development initiatives including; brand development campaigns; consumer marketing product design; content development; creative and design direction; digital/social graphics; event experience creative materials; public relations/communications assets.

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with Austin FC Marketing and 4ATX leadership to design (and execute) effective and cohesive creative designs to achieve 4ATX's & Austin FC objectives for awareness, engagement, and revenue as well as reflect the culture of the Club and city of Austin.

This position will be based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person at Austin FC's office.

•Is agile and able to respond effectively to the rapidly changing needs of a fast-paced / high-growth organization?
•Works well within in a collaborative, team-driven, and goal-based environment?
•Understands that crafting a great product sometimes takes long hours and doesn't always happen during the regular business day?

You Will:
•Develop and execute 4ATX Foundation creative designs through diverse media to effectively grow the 4ATX brand; and
•Develop, drive and implement all design projects from conception through delivery; and
•Partner with Austin FC Marketing & 4ATX leadership to understand business goals, consult on strategies and produce creative ideas and content to achieve annual and long-term brand growth targets; and
•Identify and develop design strategies that will help Austin communities engage in the sport of soccer and benefit from partnering with 4TX Foundation; and
•Maintain brand consistency and support brand strategy throughout all marketing materials; and
•Work across departments to meet design and print needs such as flyers, social media assets, community event materials and more; and
•Make sure that projects support the overall marketing strategy and are completed within budgets.

You Have:
•A strong, diverse portfolio of design work across web, print, and mobile
•An aptitude for motion graphics, GIFs, and type-based animation
•An ability to create original designs using Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign or similar programs, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong knowledge of current technologies and commitment to remain up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies
•Demonstrated experience with print and web design
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively using a variety of media with diverse audiences
•Strong work ethic with an eye for detail
•High ability to exercise sound judgement in creative materials
•A commitment to diversity and inclusion both internally and externally
•The ability to prioritize workload to manage time and tasks
•Demonstrated ability to meet strategic deadlines in a dynamic environment
•Photography and photo editing skills a major plus, but not required
•Prior sports, entertainment and/or nonprofit industry experience a plus, but not required
•English language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages - even better
•Bachelor's Degree required
