Our Craftsmen team includes one subsidiary, Schantz Manufacturing. Schantz focuses on custom manufacturing of concession trailers for the fair and festival industry.

Position Title: Graphics Project Coordinator

Location: St. Charles, MO

Primary Responsibilities: The Graphics Project Coordinator supports and manages the workflow of graphic projects, coordinating with production teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising the completion of various creative projects to align with brand standards, client specifications, and company goals. The primary function of this role is graphic project coordination with graphic design being only a minimal part of the responsibilities.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, setting clear deadlines and milestones.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives.
  • Allocate resources and assign tasks to production team members based on project needs and skillsets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, pre-press, production, install team and other departments.
  • Communicate project expectations and updates, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing status reports and collecting feedback for ongoing improvement.
  • Review deliverables to ensure they meet client specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate revision processes, incorporating client feedback, and ensuring final outputs are accurate and meet requirements.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and improve future project workflows.
  • Review project expenses and ensure project remains within budget.
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, or third-party providers when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and streamline processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project documentation, summaries, and final reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing templates, guides, and process improvements to enhance project workflows.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years' experience in project coordination with graphics projects.
  • The primary function of this role is graphics project coordination with graphic design being only a minimal part of the responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and branding.
  • Must have the ability to solve simple graphics
  • Basic knowledge of all MS Office products and Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to remain organized and communicate with
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a consistent and stable work history, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree or Technical School equivalence with a concentration in graphics.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, and walking in office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and position self to move about the office, as needed.
  • Required use of fingers and hands to operate a computer.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close and/or color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
