Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our RTW Design team. This temporary role involves collaborating closely with our Print Designers to develop and execute exciting print designs that align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Research and present print trend directions for each season.
- Assist with tasks including cleaning images, creating presentation boards, conceptualizing color palettes, tracking artwork development, recoloring prints, separating prints for screen-print
- Explore placement, scale, color, and layout variations of artwork.
- Create, log, and communicate print color tech packs for production
- Design original seasonal prints and graphics for men's and women's RTW & Outlet, both hand-drawn and digital.
- Generate CADs for garment print placements and tech packs for production.
- Organize and maintain print archives, including strike-offs and Pantone libraries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in art, fashion design, textiles, illustration, or graphics.
- 2-3 years design experience
- STRONG proficiency in Adobe Suite on MAC.
- Strong hand-drawing, painting, and digital drawing skills (with or without Wacom).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, take direction, and work under deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and a collaborative team player.

Hourly Pay Range
