SUMMARY
Analyzes original graphic file (material to be reproduced) programs computer and operates electronic ink jet printer to produce color proof.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Trap Files, adjust bleeds and set color curves for our print process

2.Step out art files on Production Cad Drawings using Esko

3.Create and qualify Hard Proofs using our Epson printer

4.Design Packaging layouts based on customer direction.

5.Image print plates

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)

2.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)

3.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner

4.Willingness to learn

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. Successful completion of Bachelor of Arts - with emphasis on Graphic Design.
2. Experience in print shop or Packaging industry a plus
