Summary:

Ready to lead in the fast-paced world of printing and graphics? We're seeking a detail-driven, organized Printing & Graphics Installer Lead with 1-3 years of experience in sign shops or print production. If you're skilled in cutting and installing substrates, have a passion for design, and know your way around printing materials, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:

• Handle and install large-format graphics with finesse—because precision matters!
• Prep, cut, paint, laminate, and mount printed pieces like a pro.
• Keep quality sky-high by catching even the tiniest flaws (no bubbles or loose seams allowed!).
• Work with cool printing machines and make sure everything runs like a dream.
• Manage multiple projects and stay organized on the go, whether at our site or at exciting event locations.
• Lead and mentor your team, sharing your know-how and keeping everyone motivated.
• Problem-solve on-site installations like a champ—troubleshooting is part of the thrill.
• Be the friendly face clients see on install day, putting them at ease and making their vision come true.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED is all you need to get started.
• 1–2 years of experience in sign making or print production is ideal (if you’ve got more, we won’t say no!).
• Familiarity with MAC OS X and basic Windows knowledge is great.
• The ability to stay cool and collected in fast-paced environments while delivering top-notch work.
• Got some Adobe CS skills? Bonus points for you!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 80–90 lbs. because sometimes, big dreams need strong hands.
