Job Details Job Location Chicago - Chicago, IL Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Job Category Other Description PRN is seeking an experienced, full-time, writer-producer with video editing skills to join our growing production team. The Producer will be responsible for writing & producing retailer and advertiser content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and engages shoppers. As the in-store retail media leader, PRN works with the largest retailers in the world to create engaging digital networks that improve the shopping experience, increase sales, and drive revenue through monetization. PRN is a tight-knit team of industry veterans who work hard, wear many hats, and value work-life balance and each other. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for producing advertising and retailer messaging spots for PRN in-store networks Manages all aspects of production, including creative kickoff, schedule, budget, script, boards, rough cuts and approvals Guides spots through QC and trafficking Guides the development, approvals, and trafficking of 3rd party content; manages partner relationships Works closely with Accounts team to manage and foster client relationships, and meet/exceed their expectations Supports marketing projects including social media and press releases Tracks marketing deliverables: projects, timelines, approvals, and delivery Oversees day-to-day workload across the production team to ensure efficient allocation of resources Maintains project costs within guidelines and provides timely response on all budget variances Performs other job-related duties and works on special projects as needed Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree and 5 years industry related experience Background in video/animation production Experience writing scripts/ad copy Experience with production scheduling and budgeting Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite Comfort with content/media management systems Experience in video editing and well versed in Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, and Adobe Photoshop with basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition. Experience in digital compression Comfort, skill and professionalism during client calls/presentations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent project management skills (don't need to be Agile-trained; just be organized and own your projects) Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands required; ability to be flexible and quickly pivot when priorities change Comfort with a 100% remote position working East Coast hours.
