Junior Marketing Manager

In this role, you will conduct extensive market research and analysis to deliver creative marketing insights and impactful presentations that aim to capture new business opportunities for current and prospective clients. You will manage category initiatives and provide valuable marketing services while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to drive growth and enhance customer value. Our client is located in the Southeast US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

  • Execute day-to-day delivery of creative briefs, marketing presentations, and concepts by integrating research, design, visual elements, and creative writing.
  • Stay informed about new product launches and market trends; develop internal and external presentations as sources of information.
  • Continuously track brand developments and analyze existing, new, and emerging brands.
  • Examine cross-category markets, identify trends, and leverage consumer insights to create actionable opportunities for existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct in-depth market and consumer research to develop comprehensive studies of assigned categories that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify customer opportunities through white space and competitive analysis while proposing distinct offerings tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with evaluation and perfumery teams to craft compelling fragrance storytelling and creative marketing concepts that support olfactive directions.
  • Develop both reactive and pro-active fragrance collections using creative marketing tools and sensorial presentation techniques, managing projects from inception to completion while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales to strengthen customer relationships by understanding client’s portfolios, priorities, and strategies while delivering insightful fragrance solutions.
  • Work with Global Marketing Teams to leverage diverse marketing tools and presentations, tailoring them to meet the regional needs of local clients.
  • Accompany sales in various client-facing meetings to present and deliver engaging presentations, both virtually and in-person, with some travel required.
  • Guide and mentor junior members of the marketing team, including interns.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and departments on diverse projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on clarity and consistency in all tasks.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirement(s)

  • Bachelors Degree (in Marketing preferred) and equivalent years of experience.
  • Must have a minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the beauty and fragrance industries is highly preferred .
