Marketing Assistant Job Summary:
Sparks Group and a well-known company in Washington, DC have partnered to find a Marketing Assistant for a long-term contract. This will be a hybrid role requiring you to be in-office three days per week.
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Help develop and distribute marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help inform marketing strategies.
- Help organize and promote events, trade shows, and other marketing activities, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and organizing files.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gathering data, and preparing reports.
Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communications project management, preferable in a large service organization setting.
- Must be familiar with working in a matrixed organization.
- Must possess general office skills and be familiar with Microsoft word, excel and ppt.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $29.00
