About the Role
ISMG is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to own the creative direction and execution of all marketing initiatives for our Global Events Department with a primary objective of expand our audience reach & drive increased attendance.
In this role, you’ll lead marketing programs from start to finish, translating ideas into strategies, to meet business goals for increased awareness, brand dominance, and inbound lead generation. You will focus on understanding the audiences of our events, primarily targeting cybersecurity leaders, practitioners, and vendors through multi-channel marketing campaigns with the opportunity to leverage a wide variety of tactics and channels including email, social media, SEO/PPC, digital display, editorial, video production, events, G-AI, and beyond.
The Marketing Program Manager will be responsible for planning and execution efforts throughout the complete campaign lifecycle for multiple, concurrent projects. This involves collaborating with and drawing upon our internal marketing resources including our CyberTheory Agency team, Creative teams in APAC & Israel, website, and Editorial team.

Responsibilities

Defining & leading the marketing strategies, requirements, & roadmaps for ISMG global events that resonate with target audience segments & result in increased event attendance & generate inbound sponsorship leads.

Creating & managing platform execution of multi-channel digital marketing programs, ensuring all channels are in alignment i.e. Email Marketing (primary), Social Media, SEO/SEM Optimization, PPC, etc.

Contributing to ISMG Events messaging, positioning, & brand strategy, making creative recommendations to expand event base & vision.

Implementing nurture campaign tactics to reduce attendance attrition.

Analyzing event campaign results & key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, etc. & optimizing accordingly to improve performance.

Collaborating with graphic design teams to oversee production of creative assets used for enhanced brand recognition/marketing.

Working with internal partners to create innovative & impactful communications.

Implementing market research to identify trends & analyze the competitive landscape.

Enabling Event Sales teams to effectively secure event sponsorship agreements by aligning on audience engagement efforts, providing event briefs, & consistently transferring valuable knowledge.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in related fields.

5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar roles, experience in B2B Event Marketing is strongly preferred.

Experience with all leading tactics & channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media Channels & Influencers, E-Mail, Programmatic, Video, Website, G-AI, etc.)

Technical platform proficiency & experience utilizing related digital marketing tools such as CRM (Salesforce), automation software (Marketo), LinkedIn advertising, Google Ad Network, GA4, databases, WordPress, etc. Coding/HTML skills is a plus.

Excellent writing & editing skills with experience aligning creative content copy across various channels.

Knowledge of website analytics tools & experience analyzing data.

Ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks & projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a problem-solving aptitude.
