Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities of the company. They develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives. Identify target markets, develop positioning strategies, and outline tactics to reach goals.
2. Managing Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts. Develop brand guidelines and oversee branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and perception.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
5. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media content, advertisements, and press releases. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with brand messaging.
6. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising. Monitor digital analytics to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
7. Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and PR events to enhance brand visibility.
8. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets. Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a marketing manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
