Marketing Coordinators are integral to the success of our multifamily real estate enterprise. They serve as vital contributors to our marketing initiatives and play a crucial role in maintaining seamless communication with Ashland Greene's investors, stakeholders, and our property management division, AG Living.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Investor Communication:
  • Collaborating within the Marketing department to create marketing materials, presentations, and reports that align with the company's branding and messaging
Campaign Coordination:
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns and events related to capital raising, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy. These campaigns will include email, social media, print, website, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Posting to social media sites as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and track their success
  • Managing and updating the company's digital platforms, including the website and social media channels, to enhance visibility and engagement with prospects, residents, and investors
  • Utilizing analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts
Investor Relations Support:
  • Assisting in the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
  • Attending events and trade shows as needed
Compliance:
  • Ensuring all marketing materials comply with relevant regulations and guidelines in the real estate and investment industry
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact marketing strategies
Record Keeping:
  • Maintaining organized records of marketing materials, campaign results, and investor communications to support reporting and compliance efforts
Digital and Traditional Marketing:
  • Ordering marketing materials for each property, as needed
  • Updating website and collateral with necessary changes
  • Responding/forwarding emails in the marketing inbox to appropriate recipients
  • Assisting with social media and various other marketing activities
  • Scheduling photoshoots and update photos as directed
  • Leading in the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs that support achievement of the portfolio's financial performance goals by implementing action plans around marketing, advertising, and leasing
  • Partnering with regional leadership and property managers to implement creative marketing and advertising strategies and solutions that adhere to budgeted guidelines, including the use of online advertising, corporate and property websites, SEO/SEM, SMM, referrals, signage, outreach and email marketing, and other tactics, while appropriately selecting marketing techniques that fit the property's resident profile and market conditions
  • Creating and maintaining relevant online content for property websites, social media and advertising, including copy, video, and photography
  • Monitoring multi-channel advertising (weekly, monthly and quarterly) results and adjusting, as necessary
  • Providing additional marketing support to under-performing properties by analyzing the current traffic and leasing performance, troubleshooting and identifying factors contributing to the performance, developing and implementing aggressive marketing, advertising, pricing, and promotional campaigns, and closely follow up to evaluate results and make any necessary changes
  • Overseeing and managing the development of signage |models |curb appeal deliverables, creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, reports and training materials for assigned portfolio of properties
  • Ensuring employees are trained to utilize new digital marketing tactics that have been approved and are in line with community brand standards, including best practices for social media efforts and online reputation management
  • Assisting Marketing Director with the development and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns and resident retention programs
  • Overseeing the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. This will encompass Ashland Greene Capital and AG Living
  • Coordinating traditional marketing efforts such as print advertising, signage, and direct mail campaigns
  • Ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message across all marketing channels (website, ILS, email)
  • Assisting with transition of acquisitions and depositions. This will include the transition of all digital assets
  • Assisting with Due Diligence on new acquisitions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree Business Administration or related field
  • Preferred: Emphasis on Marketing
COMPETENCIES:
