Marketing Coordinator Job Details Job Location Washington Madison Wells - Chicago, IL Salary Range $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly Description Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company looking to a part-time Marketing Coordinators to our Downtown Chicago team! The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to Legacy's Operations and Business Development team in a variety of marketing efforts. They will help lead the effort to better attract and retain customers by developing and managing marketing strategies to promote locations and Legacy Parking. They will assist the Senior Facility Managers with identifying targets and creating strategies to drive additional parkers into our facility. Responsibilities: Help define the various marketing channels to promote locations Work with the Business Development department, General Manager, and Senior Facility Managers to create and implement marketing programs while also formulating creative ideas to draw in additional customers Produce marketing collateral to correspond with marketing programs Meet in person and by phone with surrounding businesses to develop and maintain relationships in order to maximize revenue at locations Work with surround businesses to develop special rates and advertising strategies Analyze marketing returns and provide insight form metrics to improve future marketing programs Other special projects as assigned Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively work with people at all levels within the organization and potential customers and clients outside the organization Creative problem solving Ability to take initiative and possesses a strong work ethic Experience using InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and other Adobe Suite products preferred
