We are transforming bioprocess analytics with our high-precision tunable laser spectroscopy platform (HPTLS), Atlas. Our small but passionate team is dedicated to delivering bioprocess insights for greater clarity and confident decision making for the development and manufacturing of biologics and advanced therapies.
We are seeking a Boston-based Marketing Communications Manager to execute effective marketing campaigns that elevate our brand awareness and strengthen demand generation.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. You will work with our Director of Marketing to map out effective, metric driven campaign initiatives that align with company goals and report results. You will also work with our Product Management and Sales teams to understand the needs of our customers, supporting content development efforts that effectively tell the story of Nirrin's product offering. The ideal candidate will be passionate about life science tools and can translate technical content into marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
This role is onsite based out of our office located in Billerica, MA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for enhanced brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
- Support product launch efforts, including positioning, messaging and campaign strategy
- Work with technical content, including white papers, application notes, and product collateral, for inclusion in marketing activities.
- Work with core team to conceptualize and produce compelling video and webinar content.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website, social media, and marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Plan and execute presence at major trade shows and scientific conferences
- Work closely with sales teams to develop tools and resources that support the sales process
- Work with publishers on impactful lead generation programs and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Track and report on marketing metrics, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Demonstrated success in campaign strategy execution and analytics reporting
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Monday.com, Slack
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing budgets and demonstrating marketing ROI
