We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our marketing department across various channels and platforms. The ideal candidate will be involved in all facets of our marketing initiatives. This includes marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, our eCommerce site, social media, copy and content writing, digital marketing, email marketing, photography, general content creation and tradeshows and events. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for all things marketing.

Requirements

- Responsibilities -

  • Marketplaces: Help maintain and optimize our presence on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, including product listings and promotions.
  • eCommerce Site: Assist in managing our website’s eCommerce platform, ensuring accurate product listings and a seamless user experience.
  • Social Media: Manage and create content for our social media channels, engage with our audience, and monitor social media trends.
  • Copy & Content Writing: Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including product descriptions, social descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.
  • Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our customer base.
  • Photography: Help coordinate and execute product photography sessions, ensuring high-quality images and video for marketing materials.
  • CRM Management: Help ensure the database is clean, up-to-date and ready to use.
  • Tradeshows & Events: Assist with planning and coordinating various in-person tradeshows and events for the company.

- Skills -

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Proficiency in communication and the written word, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with analytical and advertising tools for social media platforms.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and requirements: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon (Seller Central and/ or Vendor Central), Walmart, eBay, etc.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Litmus, etc.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, segmentation and personalization strategies.
