Capital NYC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinate promotional activities, and provide essential support to our marketing department. This role is key in helping to elevate our brand and grow our presence in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support marketing strategies.
  • Help create and manage content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including events and product launches.
  • Assist with the design and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
