Specializing in building envelope restoration, reconstruction, and adaptive reuse projects, we provide new identities to existing structures. We are supportive of marketing tasks with continuous technical support.  We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and proactive marketing manager to assist the CEO with marketing business development efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

-        Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Diaz Architects' services and increase brand awareness.

-        Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to establish marketing goals and objectives aligned with business development initiatives.

-        Create engaging content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and blog posts, to showcase Diaz Architects' projects and expertise.

-        Assist in client proposal development

-        Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional videos, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

-        Assist and lead the development of company’s participation in conferences and client specific events

-        Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

-        Cultivate relationships with clients, industry partners, and media outlets to enhance Diaz Architects' visibility and reputation.

-        Manage advertising campaigns and media placements to reach target audiences effectively and maximize ROI.

-        Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

-        Stay updated on advancements in digital marketing tools and techniques, and propose innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications/Skills:

-        Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry.

-        Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns and measure their impact.

-        Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

-        Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing software, and web analytics.

-        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

-        Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving strategic objectives.

-        Creating and maintaining client relationships

-        Skilled at managing processes and project management

-        Self-motivated yet customer-focused

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

-        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

-        Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles

-        Experience in the architecture, design, or construction industry is highly desirable.

-        Relevant certifications in marketing or project management are a plus.

-        Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (e.g., LinkedIn/Facebook/Instagram) and/or display advertising campaigns

-        Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Wordpress, Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

-        Working knowledge of CRM software, preferably Hubspot

-        Working knowledge of ad serving tools

-        Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
