Job Description
Position Summary
We are searching for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to drive our clients’ marketing efforts. In this position, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of all aspects of our clients’ marketing operations, from launching and managing campaigns to tracking and analyzing their success. Your focus will be to ensure that our marketing efforts help our clients reach their goals, grow their business and facilitate a long and fruitful relationship.
To be successful in this role you will need a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, hands-on experience with web analytics tools, and the ability to execute successful marketing campaigns. In addition to being an outstanding verbal and written communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week that we are looking to fill as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
Deploy successful marketing efforts for up to 5 marketing retainer clients, including content, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing campaigns
Organization, execution and ownership of all initiatives related to client campaigns
Monitor and manage marketing and advertising budgets
Evaluate data for key insights and key performance indicators for success
Write and edit great copy for marketing assets
Build and manage strong, trusting relationships with marketing clients
Learn new disciplines and experiment with new platforms that will improve client’s marketing efforts
Find strategic and efficient solutions for both client and internal challenges
Communicate thoroughly, thoughtfully and effectively with the team, clients and other contacts
Attend and contribute to organizational meetings
Accurately track all time spent on both internal and client-facing initiatives
Act as an additive and vital component of the Brolik team and work cooperatively to uphold and improve the company culture
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an agency or brand-side marketer, 2-3 years preferred
Understanding of foundational marketing tools, tactics and principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivation for growth and learning
Strong critical thinking skills
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
Outstanding collaborative and interpersonal skills
General computer and technical literacy, specifically Google Suite
Hands-on experience with web analytics, especially Google Analytics
Extra Credit
Google, Facebook and Linkedin ad platform experience
Experience with website CMS platforms (Wordpress, Shopify, Craft, Webflow, etc.)
Account management experience
Previous Agency Experience
