Synergy is currently seeking a Marketing Administrator. This person provides essential support to the marketing department by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Duties
The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to those listed below.
- Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Database Management
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including customer databases, contact lists, and campaign performance reports.
- Content Creation
- Create and manage content for various platforms such as websites, social media, and email newsletters.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing campaign data.
- Material Development
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Event Support
- Assist in organizing marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
- Vendor Liaison
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Calendar Management
- Maintain a calendar of marketing activities, deadlines, and events.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling communications.
- Content & Communication Development
- Develop and maintain content and communications for marketing campaigns, activities, and events.
- Media & Social Media Planning
- Plan and prepare content for publication across various media channels, including social media, email, guides, brochures, newsletters, and merchandise.
- Plan and implement social media and social proof campaigns for specific marketing goals.
- Social Media Campaign Management
- Organize and manage social media campaigns utilizing platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and others for new customer acquisition.
- Post marketing content on Google+ and LinkedIn business pages.
Requirements
Software Proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media management platforms.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant, coordinator, or in a related role.
