We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to help us get the word out to our ideal clients that we are here to assist them! The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects and strategies with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Support our marketing department in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies • Monitor and maintain content across all platforms including website, mailing lists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written • Regularly update social media and respond to followers You will help develop marketing materials for targeted audiences including prospective, current and former clients as well referral sources: • Prospective client proposals and brochures • Landing pages • New client welcome packages and personalized letters • Newsletters (print and electronic) • Marketing emails • Blogs and video scripts • Keep the Firm’s website and social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts) up-to-date and fresh.Manage Owner’s personal LinkedIn profile to connect and engage with referral sources • Manage newsletter (digital and print) mailing lists. • Schedule, implement, and attend public events to promote the Firm Qualifications: • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related field required • Must exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trends • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 yearly
