Position Summary: Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing department in all facets of project management, including but not limited to scheduling, social media management, maintaining and creating branded materials.

Job Functions:

  • Create, maintain and update company websites and branded materials/literature
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track overall success
  • Create and execute all brand email campaigns/magazine ads/TV commercial ads
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
  • Develop social media strategies; monitor and contribute to external social media sites and outlets including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
  • Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
  • Manage tactical spend according to the Marketing budget
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend National dealer meeting/relevant trade shows
  • Review and select vendors for advertising and production of promotional materials
  • Support dealers in marketing materials, promotional materials, and necessary information
  • Prepare periodic marketing reports as necessary to illustrate marketing program progress
  • Manage dealer survey and testimonial process
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends
  • Train sales team to provide support at outside marketing events/ trade shows
  • Provide on-site support at Dealer Open Houses as available and needed
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Data entry/typing proficiency. (2 years or more)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
