Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth. This role oversees key marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consistent messaging and effective communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impactful product launch strategies, including content creation, promotions, and events.
• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, optimizing strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage online advertising efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Optimize advertising budgets based on performance metrics to achieve the best return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee the creation and optimization of website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure adherence to SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page/off-page tactics.
• Develop and manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and fostering engagement across platforms.
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
• Create lead-generation strategies and maintain the customer database for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Provide senior management with regular updates on campaign performance, including KPIs, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Experiment with new digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive innovation.
• Be available for up to 20% travel as required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support overall team objectives.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of proven marketing leadership role with a demonstrated record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Marketo is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of bicycle, outdoor, and marine industries, a plus.
