The company's mission is to revolutionize the premium cataract surgery experience by allowing surgeons to partner with their patients to achieve optimized results for every unique eye.RequirementsOVERVIEW:The Social Media Marketing Manager will oversee all social media on behalf of the Marketing Team. Duties include the creation and posting of content on all RxSight social media channels, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online. This position will be responsible for overseeing the company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Designing and Developing Social Media Strategies: Develop campaign, always-on, and ad hoc social content strategies to achieve growth in reach, engagement sentiment, and enhance brand awarenessManaging Multiple Social Media Platforms: Oversee all social media platforms of the company, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/XContent Planning and Creation: Lead the development of social content calendars, content briefs, and creative assets that balance brand storytelling and commercial effectiveness and deliver them to the team for implementationPerformance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing reports, and offering recommendations for improvements and optimizing future campaigns Scheduling Content: Manage content posting schedules, utilizing social media management tools like Asana and HootsuitePaid Advertising Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platformsMarket Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay on the cutting edge of industry trends, prominent cultural conversations, new platforms, and best practices as well as conducting market and competitor research Creative Contribution: Ideate and create highly engaging content, ensuring it fits within the brand content pillars and helps fuel channel growth and engagementReputation Management: Monitor and maintain the company or brand's reputation on social media by addressing negative reviews or commentsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:In-depth understanding of social media, marketing, and advertising principlesCopywritingResearchMust have the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlinesWork in a fast-paced environmentGood verbal and written communication skillsMust be a motivated self-starter able to work independentlyMust have a sense of urgency combined with a problem-solving approach to completion of tasksGood organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with othersExcellent analytical skillsProject management skillsMust be able to communicate effectively with internal team membersSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will not have immediate supervisory requirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or business-related field5+ years' experience working in a marketing role with experience in social media marketing and communications, with a focus on medicalProven track record of running successful social media campaigns and fostering communitiesGood understanding of marketing and advertising principlesTraining to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control systemThe training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basisCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:None RequiredCOMPUTER SKILLS:Advanced in Microsoft Office SuiteCanva, Photoshop, video editing and other design platforms for content developmentSalary Description $110,000 Per Year
