Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is seeking a talented, creative Social Media Coordinator to create content and manage social media accounts for Cornerstone Brands. Must possess the ability to ideate and create social content, including social content writing and overseeing development/execution of corresponding video, graphics, images etc. This role will be the primary executor of social media content across all social media platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing visual social media content.
  • Create and co-manage the social content calendar
  • Write social media content, tweak, test, and repeat
  • Posting on IG, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Measure, test, and optimize social campaign growth
  • Grow our social media following through increased engagement across all platforms
  • Improve brand engagement of existing customers
  • Work with Marketing leadership to ensure the voice of the brand come through on all social channels
  • Collaborate with creative team to create timely and relevant content for social media
  • Curate, prioritize, and publish content that is consistent with team and brand messaging
  • Stay on top of social media trends and integrate them on social channels
  • Provide analytics on social performance
  • Monitor follower/fan comments and replies and respond when necessary
  • Assist with the execution of paid social campaigns

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Excellent communication, grammar and writing skills
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a social media coordinator
  • Previous experience as a team lead
  • Provide portfolio/work samples
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to research various topics and produce content on tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
  • Creative, innovative thinker
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
