Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic team at CorDx, a leading company in the Biotech industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our products and services in the biotech sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to leverage digital channels that effectively communicate our brand’s message to our target audience.

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategies: Design, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email, paid search, etc.) to increase brand visibility and lead generation within the biotech industry.
  • Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (articles, blogs, videos, graphics, webinars, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice, promotes thought leadership, and resonates with biotech professionals, researchers, and other stakeholders.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating engaging posts, responding to community interactions, and monitoring conversations relevant to the biotech industry.
  • SEO and SEM: Lead the SEO and SEM strategies to ensure our website and content rank highly on search engines, optimizing for biotech-related keywords and industry trends.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and keep stakeholders informed about new biotech products, research updates, and company news.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital performance metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement, etc.), using data to refine campaigns and improve overall ROI.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the sales, product, and scientific teams to ensure messaging aligns with our products, services, and corporate strategy, and that digital content reflects our scientific and technical expertise.
  • Stay Current on Digital Trends: Continuously monitor trends in digital media, emerging technologies, and the biotech industry to ensure campaigns are up-to-date and leveraging the latest tools and techniques.
  • Brand Strategy Support: Help execute the digital component of the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all online touchpoints while staying compliant with industry regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid ads, email, and websites.
  • Excellent content creation skills with the ability to adapt technical language for different audiences (scientists, healthcare professionals, general public).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and web analytics.
  • Experience with B2B digital marketing in the biotech or life sciences sector is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize digital campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends in the biotech space.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of biotech products and services and familiarity with industry regulations (FDA guidelines, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Experience working with design teams to create visual assets that align with scientific messaging.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns and paid media strategies specific to the biotech or life sciences sector.
