Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops market-level media strategies, creates pro formas, and budget estimates
- Daily management of digital advertising campaigns: manages timelines for new campaign launches and refreshes, flawlessly trafficking campaigns and QAs ads, proficient in campaign optimizations
- Develops, executes and reports against testing plans
- Compiles and distributes monthly, quarterly and annual performance and media insights for leadership
- Actives in creative asset development; assists with writing creative briefs, writing ad copy variations for different audiences, brainstorming with in-house creative team
- Partners with the other digital marketing teams to leverage joint strategies and community insights to effectively achieve respective business goals within budget
- Evaluates vendors and negotiates pricing
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or related field
- 2-4 years' experience with paid search, paid social or programmatic advertising
- Understands general advertising and marketing concepts
- Proficient Excel user (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative thinker and writer, with excellent spelling
Preferred Requirements
- Proficient with Adobe Analytics or other Analytics platforms
- Experience in negotiating with vendors
- Ability to handle ambiguity, delegate tasks and adapt quickly to change
- Multi-tasking capabilities against tight deadlines
