We are looking for a creative, analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive optimization and growth efforts for Amazon Music's new listener funnels. You will be responsible for delivering listener acquisition and engagement through strategic channels by scaling successful programs and testing for new growth opportunities. In order to achieve this, you will define, execute, and measure product marketing initiatives from strategy to implementation.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, and adept at synthesizing quantitative and qualitative customer learnings into a tight, clear marketing plan. You have exceptional product marketing, program management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative mindset for pushing boundaries, and are comfortable with executing experiments and possessing the ability to work effectively with a large number of stakeholders. You will need to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the experimentation roadmap for strategic marketing channels, including owned Audio Ads and Alexa placements, to unlock new listener growth opportunities.
Deliver goals for successful programs by leading coordination with internal stakeholders, and scale them by improving and streamlining mechanisms.
Partner closely with product and tech teams to inform their roadmaps by developing requirements to improve your marketing channels.
Define success metrics, establish reporting, and review channel measurement and performance with BIEs and Data Science.
Lead cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives in support of new product features.
Lead performance business reviews, showcasing insights and results to global stakeholders and executive leadership.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- High attention to detail, across both business and technical domains
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- MBA and/or advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
