We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to lead the Home CX team in Amazon Music. The Home page is the front door to Amazon Music where customers come to access their favorite music or discover something new. In this role you will own the product vision and roadmap for Home and Notifications Center. You will create, define, test and iterate on new features and functionality that drive KPIs through a robust slate of ongoing experiments. You will lean into customer research and engagement data to prioritize and iterate on features, partnering closely with business intelligence to identify new ways to analyze and view data. You will partner closely with the Machine Learning team to show customers the most relevant content to deliver a highly personalized experience and work cross functionally with marketing, labels and artists teams to ensure Home remains culturally relevant and fresh.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to communicate and lead effectively across a broad group of stakeholders including senior leaders and have a growth mindset that is open to experimentation and learning. The role requires a strong sense of ownership to deliver results, earns trust to influence across teams, and bias for action to design, build, test and iterate at a fast pace. The ideal will have experience running A/B experimentation at scale and communicate learnings across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Create a vision for Home on Amazon Music grounded in customer research, customer usage data and industry trends
- Create and drive the Home product roadmap including feature definition, UX, tradeoffs and simplifiers
- Run lots of experiments— design, testing, weblabs and analysis
- Work closely with ML team on features and functionality to deliver the most relevant content, ranking
- Drive personalization on Home
- Determine KPIs and vision for Amazon Music Home experience
- Analyze customer research and data, work with BI to create dashboards
- Global stakeholder management
- Create mechanisms to drive product alignment and decision making across marketing, labels and industry teams
- Communicate with senior level executives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- MBA
