**Overview**


Audacy Miami is seeking a dynamic, skilled live mixshow DJ with a natural, relatable personality to join Power 96 (WPOW-FM 96.5 FM). The ideal candidate will excel at performing live radio mixshows that adhere to the stations music strategy while creating engaging and relevant content for both on-air and social media platforms. Were looking for someone who is creative, possesses a strong work ethic, and can connect with our audience through content that resonates with their lifestyle.


**Responsibilities**


**What You'll Do:**


+ Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.


+ Perform live mixshows that align with the stations music strategy.


+ Protect the stations FCC license


+ Monitor the music and commercial logs for the airshift


+ Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly


+ Operate the control board and perform production work


+ Collaborate with the Brand Manager and other team members on format execution and developing unique content for on-air and social media.


+ Other duties as required by management


**Qualifications**


**Required & Preferred:**


+ **Experience:** 3+ years as a live mixshow DJ, with the ability to perform live and pre-recorded content using radio edits that comply with FCC and company guidelines, particularly regarding profanity and indecent content.


+ **Music Knowledge:** On-air experience in contemporary music formats.


+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with DJ software such as Serato DJ Pro, Virtual DJ Pro, and Pioneer DJ equipment (e.g., DJM-900NXS2 and PLX-1000 turntables).


+ **Software Proficiency:** Experience with Wide Orbit Automation System, Adobe Audition, and Vox Pro.
