About the Freelance Opportunity

We are seeking experienced freelance photographers with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in product and studio photography. Ideal candidates will have experience shooting in a controlled studio environment, as well as the ability to work independently to capture stunning product images that align with our brand aesthetic. Freelance photographers will be responsible for taking photos of a range of products and ensuring that the final images meet our high-quality standards. In 2025, we are looking to have freelance photographers who can support between 15-20 campaigns.

Key Deliverables

• Capture high-quality product images in a studio setting, including but not limited to e-commerce, social media, and marketing materials.
• Set up and adjust lighting, props, and backdrops to enhance the look of the product.
• Collaborate with our creative team to understand brand vision and photography needs.
• Edit and retouch images as necessary to meet the desired aesthetic and quality standards.
• Maintain organized photo libraries for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay up to date with photography trends and studio techniques to continuously improve the quality of images.
• Ensure timely delivery of final images based on project deadlines.

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years experience as a professional photographer, specifically in product photography and studio settings.
• Experience with photo integration for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with 360-degree product photography or other specialized techniques.
• Familiarity with lifestyle photography in addition to product-focused work.
• Lead and direct photoshoots with models, providing clear guidance and creating a comfortable, professional environment to ensure successful collaboration and high-quality results.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and styling.
• Proficient in using studio lighting equipment and understanding of various photography techniques (e.g., product shots, flat lays, and close-ups).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom, for editing and retouching images.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product photography with a focus on high-quality, professional shots.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction as well as offer creative input.
