Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:
- Help organize and promote PR events, press conferences, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, and scheduling.
Research & Reporting:
- Monitor media coverage and compile daily news reports for the team.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics.
- Assist in preparing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness reports.
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence for the PR team.
- Track PR expenses and maintain budget records.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed.
