Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position supports the Public Relations (PR) department in building and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for storytelling.




Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the creation, distribution, and tracking of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate and schedule media interviews, press conferences, and events as needed.
  • Help manage and update social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to public inquiries.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other documents for client or internal use.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and current events to inform PR strategies.
  • Track and compile analytics related to PR campaigns, media coverage, and brand sentiment.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, filing, and managing correspondence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring software and basic analytics preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
