Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution • Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to meet company objectives. • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts. • Implement SEO best practices and strategies to enhance KeyOpp’s organic footprint in new and competitive search spaces. • Ensure websites are optimized for technical SEO efficiency, resolving issues affecting site performance and visibility. • Implement internal and external linking tactics to build page authority. Content Management & Optimization • Manage the publication of search-optimized content, including 6-8 blog posts per month, and optimize landing pages for improved search engine rankings. • Collaborate with Content Strategists and Copywriters to optimize website content and ensure it aligns with SEO goals. • Identify content gaps and new opportunities, expanding into previously untapped search spaces. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Monitor keyword rankings and page performance; implement quick-turn solutions to improve rankings where needed. • Produce quantitative reporting and qualitative analysis on weekly performance, tracking metrics, and providing actionable insights. • Utilize advanced SEO tools to track performance metrics, keyword rankings, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush). Marketing & Design • Design graphics and advertisements for campaigns across multiple platforms. • Edit videos for marketing purposes, ensuring all materials align with company branding. • Manage external agencies and platforms for SEO and marketing campaigns. Stay Ahead of Industry Trends • Identify upcoming SEO trends and strategies to maintain and improve competitive rankings. • Continuously update and adjust SEO strategies based on new developments in search engine algorithms and industry best practices. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in SEO marketing. • Proficient in keyword research and analysis. • Expertise in developing and executing SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with a strong understanding and knowledge of SEO tools and techniques (i.e. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz). • Experience with content optimization for search engines. • 1 year experience with Video Editing. • Exceptional attention to detail (a crucial skill for this role). • Experience with marketing design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro). • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines. • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude. • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions. • Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze data, and present actionable insights. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Social Media Management is a plus. Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
