The SEO Analyst will spearhead the strategic direction of SEO initiatives, including developing a comprehensive roadmap for content strategy and website enhancements. Additionally, they will provide conversion rate optimization (CRO) recommendations, produce reports on SEO effectiveness, and oversee both on-page and off-page optimization efforts ensuring technical improvements are implemented to enhance site speed and user experience.


As a critical component of the Growth Marketing team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our buyer journey, enhancing customer engagement, and driving overall conversions to the OneCause website.

Responsibilities:

  • Set SEO performance goals and KPIs, such as search visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, keyword rankings, content/page conversions and performance.
  • Lead the strategic direction of SEO by building and evolving a roadmap which includes content strategy, development, implementation, site updates, experiments and technical initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search traffic, leads and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization. Analyze keyword trends, performance trends of core keywords and search volume to guide content creation efforts.
  • Provide CRO recommendations and perform A/B tests to improve website usability and conversions.
  • Oversee on-page optimization efforts and manage off-page optimizations including link building, guest blogging, and outreach campaigns.
  • Manage technical SEO initiatives, including website audits, redirects, site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and structured data implementation. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to address technical SEO issues and improve site performance.
  • Develop content strategies aligned with SEO goals. Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with our audience personas and drives inbound traffic.
  • Monitor key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, competitive landscape, and best practices in SEO. Identify emerging opportunities and technologies to enhance our SEO strategy and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support general marketing initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in SEO
  • Knowledge of the best on-site and off-site SEO practices
  • Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and GA4.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • You are data-driven and analytical.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You thrive working in a rapidly changing environment that requires multi-tasking and managing competing priorities. You love to follow through, work your project list, and make sure no deliverable gets off track or delayed.
