Role
Virtual Image is looking for a talented and driven Intermediate PPC and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our client's online presence by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing. In this role, you'll work on diverse campaigns and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering measurable results while growing your career in a supportive, innovative environment where your skills and creativity will shine.
Type of Employment
- Full-time 39.5 hours/week
- Hybrid environment: Mon and Fri - Remote, Tues-Thurs - In office
- Ability to work in our Hamilton office from Tues-Thurs, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and various social media platforms to achieve client goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign performance.
- Analyze website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, including on-page and off-page optimization.
- Create and refine engaging ad copy, landing pages, and content to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and MozPro to provide insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with clients' overall digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate directly with clients regarding performance of their accounts.
- Proactively engage with clients on actions you’re taking and recommendations for improvement.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on both Google Ads and social media platforms.
- A deep understanding of SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, including keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with WordPress to manage and optimize websites for SEO and user experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clearly present strategies to clients.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads certification is required.
