Position: Studio Manager
BODY20 Sugar Land is currently seeking a top-tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast-growing studios. As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. Studio Managers are responsible for driving membership and retails sales while also managing studio employees and meeting business deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • The Studio Manager works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
  • Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
  • Retain existing members and engage with them in a way that generates referrals
  • Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to new memberships, revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
  • Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars
  • Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
  • Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
  • Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Past Due Account Procedures, Customer Care calls, etc.
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio
  • Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
  • 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
  • Associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
  • Comfortable learning new software systems
  • Organized
  • Trustworthy
  • Familiar with optimizing schedules
  • Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with all members and employees
  • Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
